Protecting confidentiality and sensitive employee data is our top priority. We have implemented strict security measures and privacy policies to ensure that all data is managed and processed securely.

Access to employee data is limited to authorized persons necessary for its processing in the context of their tasks and responsibilities. We implement access controls to ensure that only authorized employees have access to certain data. Access is controlled by individual access data and role permissions.

The retention period of employee data is determined in accordance with legal regulations and individual agreements. After the collaboration has ended, the data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the data protection regulations, provided there are no legal retention obligations.

As a personnel service provider, we take compliance with data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), very seriously. We have established internal data protection policies and procedures to ensure that we comply with legal requirements. This includes, among other things, obtaining the necessary consents, transparently passing on information and implementing security measures.
